As businesses grow & take off, it can become necessary to hire employees.  Don’t let tracking payroll & paying payroll tasks be a daunting task- we’re here to help with that!  

 

With this service,  we work with you to stay on top of your income & expenses throughout the year and make informed decisions based on the numbers.  Statements are turned in each month and your account is reconciled on a monthly basis.  Quarterly financial statements are provided along with an appointment or phone call to review these statements.  This can be viewed as a “health check” for your business.  

For payroll, we offer direct deposit for employees.  We take the burden off of you for filing payroll reports, timely paying payroll taxes (on your behalf), & processing year end reports (W-2’s & 1099’s).  If your business has not been set up to pay employees in the past, we charge an additional fee to assist with these applications to get your account set up with the federal and state entities.
